Some may think this meme is early. However, our supermarkets are now full of food products, containing FOLIC ACID & remain UNLABELLED as such. I've done this in a manner of a Christmas Card, to remind good people that TEMPTING Christmas food marketing displays are already up & running. You may be shopping & see a tempting Christmas display & think "Well I deserve an early treat, why not?!" But please don't, unless you are super sure. I realised this weekend, that ONLINE supermarket sites (Hello @marksandspencer ) are listing their Christmas goodies, WITHOUT adding folic acid to their ingredient lists, online. BE SUPER CAREFUL! All Christmas goodies like puddings, minced pies, cakes, iced treats & other such items, I have checked so far in my 3 nearest shops: Lidl, Waitrose & the farm shop, have SFA INDCLUDED. Anyway, I forgot to do my Sunday Lunch post yesterday, so that one will be coming up later. A yummy folic free, traditional, beef stew & home made dumplings.
