@UKinItaly why are car rental companies in Italy refusing to take our uk issued driving licenses? Despite booking on line with details @SixtIT claimed the license was fraudulent as it had the EU flag on. @SixtUK are you aware? Our friends had the same with another provider.
So our year old Lotus Electre car @lotuscars has been waiting 24 hours for the @TheAA_UK AA Europe in Italy to recover it and take it to the garage 10 mins away at Castelletto Sopra Ticino. Surely that not a good service?

Unpleasant man shouted at me in dog friendly @Thornham_Deli because my dog sniffed his dogs undercarriage. Apparently she was in season and would react aggressively. He didn’t however factor in how a menopausal woman would handle him 😌.
