So many great lessons from this morning's @AICPA’s #Engage24 conference keynote by Managing Director of the @F1 Academy, @Susie_Wolff. Some of my favorite takeaways were as follows: 💡 Data is valuable, but data can't make decisions. There will always be a human element. It always comes down to the people; the team. 💡 Embrace change. Change is where we grow the most. The team that can adapt the quickest will have an advantage. Sometimes the change is so big that all the data you have becomes irrelevant. 💡 Teamwork is huge. At the core of any team is an incredible amount of trust. You need to know it's okay to fail. Keep a no blame culture. Encourage the water cooler talk. It can make a huge difference. 💡 You're only as good as your last race. Stay humble. Stay hungry. In high pressure situations, have believe and know that you have done all you can and have left no stone unturned. 💡 Have passion even on the tough days. Bring your best self to the table every single day. 💡 Trust in your gut instinct. 💡 Have dreams and goals, and be in the driver's seat of your own destiny. A dream without a plan is just a wish. #leadership
