What a busy weekend me and @JohnFraserMSYP have had at #SYP78 . The event was well organised with lots of fun workshops. Everyone who presented a motion did a brilliant job. As well as lots of great comments and ideas from all the MSYPs. Overall had such an amazing weekend #SYP78

Hey Everyone!
We are currently working on a consultation response to the Scottish Government's Net Zero Committee consultation on Ferries.
We want to hear from YOU! What is ferry travel like to you?
Many of my fellow MSYPs have been working on trying to get ferry travel to be free for all young people. We would love for you to take the time to fill out this survey so that we can hear the voices of the young people this affects most.

We were delighted that @ShetIslandsCll Cllr. Catherine Hughson - Vice Chairperson of Education & Families Committee formally opened our new Hub at 66/68 Commercial Road. We were joined by young people (past & present), parents/guardians, participants and partners to celebrate 🎉
Delighted that the other Shetland MSYP John Fraser had got his Twitter up and running, everyone go follow John😊 @JohnFraserMSYP
What a two yeas we’ve had! So many good memories and thinks I will carry for the rest of my life. Thank you to @OfficialSYP for all the awesome opportunities that have taken me from Hollyrood to the green benches or Westminster.
Another thank you to @sannicktonman and @HelenBudge2 for inviting us to Education and Families Committee and for actually listing to the questions we asked. Also to @BeatriceWishart for her support and always taking the time to speak with us.
And a huge thank you to Shetland for support us in our roles as MSYPS and I wish the two new @ShetlandMSYPs all the best and good luck, and make sure you do Shetland’s young people justice on a local and National stage! This account will be handed over to one of the new MSYPs.
To all the candidates standing in Shetland I wish you all the best of luck! Whoever is elected as MSP we look forward to working with you till November
