Exciting news: Nurse-1-1 has been acquired by Revive Health. There's still lots more to do to fulfill our mission, but joining forces with Revive will surely get us there sooner.
Thanks for all the support along the way, everyone!

This is a good read. Spoiler, it is “effort” and “passion” but the reasons why are important.
I always articulated the same idea as “never give up” and “focus” which come down to the same reasons outlined here.

I’ve been starting or joining startups for 25 years and have a lot of strong opinions on this stuff. I can’t agree more with this 55 post thread. A must read 👇
Going to keep posting this until I get YOUR thoughts. What should a new healthcare system, built from scratch, be like? Built with a fresh start with today's technology and our collective insights.
If you had the chance to build a brand new healthcare system from scratch, how would you build it? What would the patient experience be like? What would you focus on?

If your app has fewer than 10 million users, you have absolutely no reason to not provide white glove customer support to every single user. It literally costs less than $150,000 a year to give 24/7 live chat support.
You will control the narrative and catch any problems before they go to Twitter or the AppStore reviews to complain. They will be utterly shocked when they reach a human, they will love you forever, and do whatever you want after that.
Sure, augment it with AI but make it feel like you’re always there to instantly solve their problems any time of day.

Millions of sports parents need to change what they think success looks like for their children.
It should not be to "get a scholarship."
Instead, it should be to help our children become better people learning life lessons like teamwork, accountability, and ownership.

EVERY fertility benefit company and reproductive endocrinologist should mandate male testing before women are put through unnecessary, invasive treatments.
Men’s health companies need to ALLY with women’s health companies when it comes to infertility because half the time the problem stems with us. This is a movement we should be a part of, not on the fringes of. h/t @lesliejz
100%. virtual-first but not virtual-only
During a recent webinar, industry leaders agreed that virtual-first health plans have significant potential to cut costs and improve members’ experiences — if executed well. They also noted that employers are more willing than ever to adopt these... ow.ly/Nivp105afsB
As much pain as it has been getting these 2 heat pumps installed converting my house from heating oil, a look at the 1st full month with the first heat pump is telling.
We saved over $500 from April 2022 to 2023 AFTER the added cost of electricity and the payment of the 0% loan.
Another benefit from switching to heat pumps is being able to reuse the utility room that used to burn heating oil. Here is a video showing the before and after of the unfinished utility room in our basement.

100% agree with this. Spend 30 minutes creating the right prompt. then another 30 minutes editing the result to sound human. All to save 15 minutes writing up whatever it was needed to be written.
Off topic Monday morning thought.
It is odd to me that all youth sports (under 14) are not overseen by some state/federal educational department or some state wide org. High school and collegiate sport are. @MassGovernor

🔌 Time for a U.S. EV (& PHEVs / HEVs) chart storm

1) At the highest level, there's a long way to go 👇
Big effort underway to push a false narrative that EV sales are down and that people don’t want them. Couldn’t be further from the truth. EV sales are UP 49.8% in Q3 from Q3 last year and up from Q2.
Also, the % of cars sold that are EVs is growing and automakers who are investing in EV tech are winning.
