The North Country knows winter but letโs not miss a moment to be thankful. During storms like this, these men and women leave their families, work long shifts, and face dangerous conditions so others can stay safe.
On MLK Day of Service, I first joined our community in service at St. Josephโs Outreach supporting their vital work providing food, clothing, and hope. Later, I was honored to emcee our MLK Jr. Community Celebration, marking 40 years of #MLKDay .
Last night, I held my second Town Hall event in the beautiful Chateaugay Town Hall Theater. It was great to hear so many community members share their experiences and hopes for the region moving forward.
To everyone across the 115th District no matter where the trail takes you over the next 12 months, I wish you a journey filled with health, happiness, and good fortune. Happy New Year!

Since taking office my team and I have truly hit the ground running just as I promised from Day One. Together with my incredible staff, we have opened both our District Office and our Albany Office, and we havenโt taken our foot off the gas as we get out across the district.
It was an honor to meet Liam von Elbe the North Country native featured on @NBCTheVoice earlier this year. His performances on and off the main stage are always spectacular, and I was grateful to have the chance to present him with a New York State Assembly Citation.
Just before the holidays, I had the opportunity to catch up with Mayor of Village of Tupper Lake Mary Fontana. We had a great conversation covering a wide range of local issues, including their ongoing water project.
From our home to yours, we wish everyone a Merry Christmas. We are truly grateful to live in such a wonderful region and ask that you keep in your thoughts the men and women serving to protect our country, along with the heroic contributions of our veterans.
Spent time in the Capitol with numerous meetings and filed bills. The first aims to stabilize electric costs for New York consumers by restricting unreasonable rate and fee increases and providing additional auditing and enforcement authorities.
Statement Calling for Independent Investigation into Allegations at Salmon River Central School District.
It was a pleasure to attend the Town of Harrietstown Hanukkah candle lighting. I appreciated the opportunity to learn, observe, and share in a meaningful community tradition, and it was wonderful to see neighbors coming together to celebrate the Festival of Lights.
Wishing everyone in our district and beyond a happy Hanukkah. May the Festival of Lights bring warmth, peace, and joy to you and your loved ones.
I was honored to join the community at Old Post Cemetery Plattsburgh NY for the @WreathsAcross ceremony and to help lay wreaths in remembrance of our veterans a powerful reminder of their service and sacrifice and of our shared responsibility to ensure they are never forgotten
