Uh, @RogerMarshallMD has agreed to a debate but since @RevAdamHamilton can't bring his mob of goons to shout down his opponent, he's a no show. No hat, no cattle, no balls.
There is no possible way @RogerMarshallMD agrees to debate @Hamilton4Kansas again. He will, just like his friend Ty, hide until election day, hoping an imaginary MAGA army will save him. #ksleg #kssen

Two things about this:
1. Hamilton is at 45, not at 50. Undecideds are leaning very red here. We’ve seen this type of poll happen before.
2. Libertarian candidate is quite high.
3. This race is competitive, but it’s not a tossup

🚨GOP FLIP INCOMING: Ty Masterson is projected to win the Kansas gubernatorial race against Cindy Holscher.

🟦Cindy Holscher 43.5%
See all KS Governor polls @Pollsmax.
Despite Laura Kelly's fluke wins in 2018 and 2022, Kansas's status as a safe red state (with Trump winning by 16 points) would almost guarantee a victory for Masterson.

Laura Kelly is the outgoing Democrat governor of Kansas, a Trump +17 state that was Trump +15 in 2020.
She only won because she gets Trump voters/Republicans to vote for her.
But today's Emerson College poll of Kansas suggests she's somehow magically shifted the state so much that her 2022 voters are all voting for Democrats across the board. 85/7 for the Senator. And, weirdly, 83/10 for the Governor. Not only are 83%+ of her 2022 voters voting for the Democrats, but more of them are voting for the Federal Senator on net and on share than the Kansas Democrat.
Impossible outcome.
And unlike some other counter-party governors like Charlie Baker or Larry Hogan, she actually did worse on margin and barely did any better on share in her 2022 reelection campaign.
She's been governor for 6 years now and didn't gain much of a following and the state went from Trump +15 to Trump +17 under her tenure, with no signs of change with the federal senators, and yet somehow someway her voters (which includes many Republicans and Trump supporters) are all going to Democrats not named Laura Kelly. Yeah no.

Honestly. Emerson will probably nail Adam Hamilton's support.
But they'll be way off on Roger Marshall. A republican in Kansas is not getting only 43% of the vote.

Sen. John Kennedy of Louisiana while campaigning with Sen. Roger Marshall in Wichita: "I would never tell the good people of Kansas what to do, but if you don't reelect Roger Marshall, you probably ought to change your meds."

Marshall seriously needs to step up his campaign, he’s still not in danger of losing but the closer this unnecessarily is the more Dems invest in future races

🚨BREAKING: Ty Masterson maintains his lead against Cindy Holscher in the odds of winning the Kansas governor's race.
Kansas - 2026 Governor (odds)

🟦Cindy Holscher 34%
Kansas has not elected a Republican as governor since 2014. However, Kansas's status as a safe red state (with Trump winning by 16 points) would almost guarantee a victory for Masterson.

Since 2020, the DLCC has gone 9–25 in the #ksleg races it targeted.
That’s a 26.5% winning percentage.
The DLCC keeps pouring national money into Kansas. Kansas voters keep handing them losses. A tale as old as time..

You never quite know where your day will take you on the campaign trail! Every day is a new opportunity and quite frankly, that’s my favorite part.
I stopped in Beloit for lunch with some local folks and ended up doing something I’ve done for more than 30 years: helping someone navigate a complicated insurance claim.
Insurance can be confusing, and too often Kansans don’t know where to turn when they have a problem with their coverage or a claim. I’ve spent my career helping people and small businesses work through those situations and get answers.
That’s exactly the experience I’ll bring to the Insurance Commissioner’s office. I know the industry, I know how to solve problems, and I’ll be ready to get to work helping Kansans on day one.

This old liberal left office (and left Kansas) when I was in 3rd grade. The only time his name has come up since is when he has repeatedly endorsed Democrats.
All 3 Kansans who remember him will be unimpressed.

Thank you @JDVance for being in Olathe today and for your support—and for telling Kansans exactly how woke Adam Hamilton is.
We love Doc Marshall in Kansas! Can’t wait for his victory in November #ksleg
My friend @RogerMarshallMD is a good Christian man, a loyal servant to the state of Kansas, and a great doctor who has devoted his life to helping moms and babies.
Left wing lunatics will never stop slandering the names of good people who love this country, but Kansas voters will make their voices heard in November when they send the crazy people packing.

Where's the evidence protesters where bussed in? You realize making unsubstantiated claims like that is just lying, right?
VoteHub rates the Kansas Senate race Likely R, with Sen. Marshall at a 91% chance to win re-election.
The race has narrowed slightly in recent months, but Marshall still holds a sizable cash advantage, while Hamilton faces an uphill climb in a state Trump won by 16 pts in 2024.
#KSSen — Sen. Roger Marshall (R) and Adam Hamilton (D) faced off in a debate today that turned personal at times, including during an exchange over residency.
Hamilton, taking aim at Marshall: “After I’m elected to the Senate, I’m not going to sell my house and move to Florida."
Marshall fired back with a dig at Hamilton as a “very successful megachurch CEO" who owns four homes, while defending trips out of state to visit his grandchildren and noting his Florida home has been uninhabitable for two years after two hurricanes.
