Shout out to @OspreyPacks ! Bought a 130L Shuttle 6 yrs ago. It’s traveled all over the world - airports, ski racks, train stations, etc. A strap broke along w/ a slow moving handle. I sent it off for repairs & instead they just sent me a brand new one. Quality co & product! Thx!
