A week of disgrace for 🇺🇸
A new Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact forged in the Kremlin and the White House.
European democrats must finally wake up, and act with the seriousness required.
And do far more for Ukraine now!

The probability that oil will rise to $500 by 2030 has increased.
My 2 cents: if we don‘t get some sort of coordination between the US, China and Russia to bring about at least two out of three ceasefires in Ukraine, Red Sea or Iran, we will face the worst systemic crisis ever.
I am only sharing their content because they were the first one in Oct 2025 who recommended buying oil with an initial target of $100 by August 2026.
I honestly cannot digest an oil of $500 so this is not my view.. but these guys have nailed the last year.

Warnung vor dem Winter
Während Putin seinen Terror gegen die Ukrainer weiter verschärft;
während Trump sich schamlos gegen die Opfer dieser Aggression stellt;

„In the biggest 5 countries in Europe, more than half of the population makes its income from the state, less than half from the private sector.“
Being too dependent on the state for jobs and welfare is detrimental to the core of the Liberalism - individual & collective Freedom.
The biggest, and stupidest, myth in European politics, particularly popular in France, is that Europe suffers the consequences of "austerity" and "neoliberalism". In the biggest 5 countries in Europe, more than half of the population makes its income from the state, less than half from the private sector. This is what makes the problem of reducing the welfare state so impossible: more than half of the voters are net recipients. No surprise that Italy's budget has not been balanced in 100 years, France's in 50 years (ooh la la, l'austérité!!):
-France: 30 million from the state versus 21m private sector workers. State spending is 57% of GDP, taxes more than half the economy. The budget hasn't been balanced in the lifetime of most French (since 1974).
- Germany: 35 million adults from the state, versus 34 million from the private sector. 10% of the population is registered as severely disabled. Public spending is over half of GDP. Germany has had a continuous budget deficit since 2019.
-Italy: 23 million from the state, versus 20.5 million private-sector workers. Public spending is 51% of GDP. Italy has had a budget deficit every year since 1925, for 100 years.
- Spain more people get their income from the state since 2024: 18.21 million from the public sector versus 17.9 million people working in the private sector. Since 2025, Spain also had more government employees than self-employed workers (autónomos) for the first time in history. State spending is at 45%, budget has not been balanced since 2007.
- UK: 54% of households now receive more in state benefits than they pay in taxes. State spending is 44.5% of GDP, taxes (40%) are at their highest since 1950, the budget hasn't been balanced since 2001, and 1 in 5 new cars is paid by the government through a bizarre state disability scheme (Motability).

Trump is lying again. Putin started the war and has repeatedly refused to negotiate to end it. The US spent nothing like $350 billion. Half the money is not missing. Washington and Moscow are both significantly more corrupt than Kyiv. Putin, not Zelensky, is a dictator who openly steals elections.

If Putin stops fighting, the war ends. If Zelensky stops fighting then his country will be occupied, leaders murdered, language banned, businesses stolen, children kidnapped. That's what happens in Russian-occupied Ukraine.

The United States is the world's largest exporter of diesel. There is no shortage of diesel in The United States since Trump continues to allow its export.
There is only the global price and global market place. Trump buying Russian diesel does not increase supply and it will not make anything cheaper for anyone.

The signals from the Trump administration are clearer than ever: Putin is allowed to keep killing Ukrainians
What allowing Russia to sell oil products means was heard most clearly in Kyiv just now, when, after repeated attacks on energy facilities with jet-powered “shaheds,” Russia launched a ballistic missile attack as well. Some of the missiles were intercepted. This once again clearly demonstrates Russia’s true intentions. They count on prolonging the war, terrorizing ordinary people, and destroying infrastructure.
Every additional billion dollars they can earn from exports will be spent on nothing but sourcing and importing critical components and equipment to manufacture weapons, upgrading “shaheds,” producing missiles, and recruiting even more mercenaries to fight at the front. Russia’s choice is war. And they will be ready to end it only when they feel that their ability to drag the war out is diminishing.
Unfortunately, the signals Russia received yesterday were entirely different – signals suggesting that it could simply keep attacking. And this needs to be corrected. Strong signals are needed from the United States, Europe, and other partners – signals in support of Ukraine and to RESTRICT Russia’s ability to wage war and terrorize people. Thank you to everyone who stands with Ukraine!
