Optimism is a choice we make. It's not about ignoring reality, but about seeing it through a lens of possibility - when we choose optimism, we unlock our potential for growth, resilience, and joy.
It's a skill. It's trainable. Make it a habit.
I have no idea how Kelowna got so lucky as to be blessed by @JasonIsbell, but thank you, sir - you and your band mates are truly remarkable 🙏🏻
Something I'm really proud of. These partner studios are incredible. wellandgood.com/lululemon-st…
Feels right.
If you need me, I’ll be watching the Grand Slam in my Pace Rival Skirt pretending to be @leylahfernandez.
Grateful to call @AlliForsyth a friend - she is one of the strongest, most passionate people I've ever met. Thank you, Alli, for your unwavering commitment to standing for safe sport 👏
“If you’ve lived it, you know it”
Olympic skier @AlliForsyth was sexually abused by her coach.
She’s now made it her life’s work to make sure her kids and other athletes are safe in sport. Our emotional conversation. Grateful for you trust, Allison.
What an incredible weekend of playoff hockey, across the board. Can’t wait for the battle of Alberta! #StanleyCup
Years in the making 👏🏻
