Die Deutsche Kreditwirtschaft fragt in ihrer Stellungnahme, warum #Bitcoin aus § 23 EStG herausgenommen werden soll, während alle anderen privaten Wirtschaftsgüter dort bleiben. Einen sachlichen Grund liefert der Entwurf nicht. Deshalb: Die #Haltefrist muss bleiben.

According to the Foundation, the €2 million buyback is already underway through Bitpanda. And the latest blog adds some seriously exciting details. 👀
Vision now ranks among Bitpanda’s top strategic initiatives. Assets issued on Vision Chain are intended to become directly accessible through Bitpanda, with Bitpanda Custody supporting the chain from day one.
To me, THIS is what sets Vision apart from many projects in crypto: a concrete path to real utility, backed by Bitpanda’s existing customer base, institutional infrastructure and a clear focus on regulatory requirements.
Vision Wallet is also set to complement the Bitpanda app with additional products and features, while making it easier to move between both platforms. That could bring existing users into new onchain products step by step.
And the connection to $VSN? Greater Vision Chain usage is intended to generate revenue that funds VSN buybacks. Even when transaction fees are paid in euros. Users wouldn’t even need to consciously use VSN themselves.
