Late stage MAGA is so disgusting and unrecognizable to me, and I find this shocking as one who attended more Trump rallies than I can count.
A woman with a “Release The Epstein Files” shirt stands at a Trump rally shouting at Trump to release the Epstein files and gets physically beaten by the MAGA men around her, who probably call themselves Christians.
Then our obese President makes fun of her calling her “fat” and “him” claiming she’s a paid protestor.
She got thrown out and the men who attacked her got to stay.
MAGA rallies used to be filled with people who agreed with releasing the Epstein files, defended women, and would step in if a woman was attacked.
Now the dying remnant of MAGA is made up of people who emulate their cult leader.
Attacking women, making fun of their looks, and turning on the victims of the elites.
It’s a cult, an ugly grotesque cult that does not display Christian values because the cult leader himself is not a Christian even though the vast majority who attend his rallies would identify as Christian.

Tole sojenje nekdanji študentki medicine, ki ji očitajo povzročitev smrti iz malomarnosti, se mi zdi precej čudno. Tožilstvo ji očita, da kot članica ekipe prve pomoči na maturantskem izletu ni pravočasno prepoznala znakov življenjske ogroženosti pri dijakinji in poskrbela za ustrezno zdravniško pomoč. Dijakinja je umrla zaradi hude notranje krvavitve, za katero se je kasneje izkazalo, da je bila posledica zapleta zunajmaternične nosečnosti.
Obtožena je bila takrat študentka tretjega letnika medicine, brez zdravniške licence in ustreznih kliničnih izkušenj. Ni mi povsem jasno, zakaj naj bi imela prav ona posebno odgovornost za presojo resnosti zdravstvenega stanja, saj bi lahko nujno medicinsko pomoč poklical tudi kdo drug, ki je bil seznanjen z dijakinjinimi težavami. Še posebej pa me zanima, kakšna je bila odgovornost turistične agencije, ki je organizirala ekipo prve pomoči in študentom medicine zaupala skrb za dijake.
Zelo problematično se mi zdi tudi, da časopis v naslovu obtoženo označuje za zdravnico. Danes je sicer zdravnica, vendar v času dogodka to ni bila. Ta razlika je za razumevanje primera bistvena, saj bralec ob takšnem naslovu dobi vtis, da je za dijakinjo skrbela strokovno usposobljena zdravnica, od katere bi lahko pričakovali ustrezno medicinsko presojo. V resnici pa je bila to študentka medicine, ki ji je organizator potovanja zaupal naloge prve pomoči.

I am writing this from Nuremberg where 80 years ago, American judges and lawyers played a crucial role in trying the highest Nazi leaders and commanders, and establishing the foundational principles of international criminal law.
80 years later, what a betrayal.
The Trump administration’s decision is appalling.
But ultimately, it is not about them. It is about us. The US grotesque decision is a test for all European governments which have been tiptoeing, shying away from confronting and responding to the predatory actions from the trump administration.
They now need to rise to the moment. History demands of Europe that it stands for international justice and its institutions.
There is only one possible response: impose immediately blocking orders. The US sanctions cannot and should not be implemented on European territory.
This is not a USA moment. This is a “Us” moment. Let’s rise to it.
Because humanity must win.

There is only one possible answer to the US ICC sanctions: blocking order. European States must protect the entire European territory from these sanctions. The EU has the legal tool to do it.
