I don't know if I've put myself in an echochamber here, but I get such a dopamine hit when I see any AI thought leader say "we should do x" thing that I'm already doing. It feels nice.

Opus 5.5 suddenly getting very forgetful and slow, at least it feels that way to me

Rebuilt my personal Gbrain today after a clean reset. The lesson wasn’t “restore everything.” I restored durable entities and decisions, archived the full history, left noisy material out, and kept ambient AI writeback disabled. I’m continuing to explore multi-user Gbrains too, including what a company brain for work could look like.

I'm not thinking big enough.

I’m not a content creator, and I don’t have video production experience. I do have responsibility for a video production team, and I’m familiar with the tools they use. My expertise is AI: harnesses, models, and capabilities, and a software development background. I’m using that knowledge to see whether AI can supply the production expertise—and even creativity—that I lack. I’ll share what we make, what breaks, and where I still need a professional’s judgment.
