I got 71k followers now! and unless it’s animation or drawing of furry dads, it gets like 1 to 5% of engagement of any kind depending on the context. This may be do to the app ghosting me and limiting my reach, but it’s most likely just that people don’t follow me for me, they follow me for the dads, which is fine, but I do wish Dugan could get as much love as the dads do, but that’s just me projecting myself onto my fursona. It’s why I made my own porn star cast of dads~

Speaking as if I am observing from the outside looking in, it seems humans are having a transformative crisis within their culture. All my timeline on Twitter/X these past few weeks has been (Ironically) people complaining about human made animations/art for not meeting up to par with past predecessors in an ever increasing inflated economy and higher demand for quality and quantity. While on the other hand, we have people complaining about Generative A.I. taking over the entertainment industry, fearing the loss of jobs for hard working artists, a fear so strong they are resorting to some harsh tactics to make sure they maintain their relevancy and financial stability. Then there's people that just want to have fun and try new things. ------------------------------------------- The way I see it, there's 3 types of groups. For Humanity: Advocates that everyone maintain tradition and develop their skills the hard way to bring forth their dreams and imagination. It's seen as unfair that they worked hard for their skill while new generations get an easy solution. It may be inefficient, but suffering and hardship is essential to making true art, to evolve the human mind, body and spirit in the long run, as it did throughout our history. Any use of A.I. is a threat to that, especially to their way of life. Tradition & self preservation Is valued. For The Machine: Desires to create without the decades of training, regardless of quality or consistency from the A.I. in it's current infancy. The important thing is the idea and the end result rather than the process. It will aid in bringing about everyone's, not just some, EVERYONE'S imagination and creativity to a whole new level once advanced to it's fullest potential. Hardship will be a thing of the past and more people will express themselves in new ways never thought possible. Efficiency & technological progress is valued. For Freedom: Just wants to create something at their own pace, if people like it, they're free to support them. They know there will always be people who prefer human made art, and some who will enjoy A.I. generative "art". They enjoy the traditional route, but only for the parts they find fun, as there are things in the process of creation they can't do or don't enjoy and can't afford a team of people to make their full vision a reality, so they take advantage of whatever tools they find that can make it more streamline and tolerable for completion-ism.
