I am genuinely gobsmacked at the number of people defending that #Wardogs exploit streamer...
By the definition of the word, it's exploiting game systems.
It's not a grey area. You can't feign ignorance. It's clear as day to anyone with an objective perspective.
Even ignoring the basics of the English language, the developers CHOOSE where the line is.
They chose. The streamer and the people she convinced to exploit with her got punished.
1-week ban? Should count themselves lucky.
Wardogs has some of the MOST MISERABLE crybabies I have ever seen. Just get gud. Game is so much fun. OBVIOUSLY it needs some balance tweaking, but still fun asf

Hey Katie, firstly thanks for streaming Wardogs. From what we can see you’ve been a completely regular player and someone who’s supported the game.
Secondly, let’s be real here. You know it, I know it.. you were taking advantage of an exploit. It’s obviously not an intended part of the game, had you raised it to us that’d be great.. but running up millions for lots of players and promoting the exploit was absolutely not on. We can see that lots of the players involved immediately converted the cash they’d made via the exploit into gold bars and purchasing skins… so there was no gameplay there, nothing organic, purely a cash loop that you took advantage of.
I wasn’t directly involved but I can see the ban team acted appropriately, if anything they were lenient compared to what we had said on Steam.
This exploit has been fixed for season 2. We have also added data tracking for the behaviour and events now.
Sorry for the ban, I can see you were going to stream tonight, but the rules are there for a reason. Hope we can at the very least, agree to disagree.
Buncha WHINY BABIES playing wardogs rn. I LOVE WARDOGS btw. Not shitting in the game, but some of these players are actually CLUELESS
I see people complaining about the BMR now. I have had it for a couple weeks and its a VERY STRONG GUN. But people are complaining its too OP. U got 10 rounds before you gotta reload (unless u leveled assault up) its also a semi auto gun. Skill and placement and ammo balancing are HEAVILY involved. I repack my Mags after almost every kill which requires downtime. Maybe needs a lil tweaking but tbh its the ENDGAME recon dmr. Its supposed to be good. It also takes alot of skill to use correctly. The same guys calling it op are the dame guys walking in a straight line in the middle of the road wondering why they got sniper. I love the BMR. Could prolly use a lil more recoil. With the right attachments its a beam!
THIS IS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. I do stuff like this all the time and get called a cheater and reported. I know there are cheaters but someone is always watching you haha
