@thirdweb reported that it discovered security vulnerabilities in open-source libraries commonly used in the Web3 industry. This affects various smart contracts in the Web3 ecosystem, including some of Thirdweb’s pre-built smart contracts.
Based on investigations to date, this vulnerability has not yet been exploited in any ThirdWeb smart contracts. But, smart contract owners must take mitigation measures for certain pre-built contracts created on ThirdWeb before 11:00 Beijing time on November 23. Including but are not limited to DropERC20, ERC721, ERC1155 (all versions) and AirdropERC20

The stablecoin protocol @raft_fi was under a flash loan attack. It resulted in ~6.7m stablecoin $R being minted and the protocol lost $3.6M 🚨
The root cause is the precision calculation issue when minting share tokens, which is used by the hacker to get extra share tokens.

@thestandard_io was exploited with a loss of ~$290K. It turns out that insufficient LP management and no slippage checking led to this hack.
The hacker creates an LP and enforces $WBTC of the SmartVaultV2 swapped for $PAXG with a great slippage. Though the $WBTC comes from the hacker, the hacker mints EURO with those $WBTC, which is the profit.

- The attacker minted an unlimited supply of $AAVE;
- Swapped the liquid asset for $LUSD on the Linear Exchange;
- Dumped $LUSD on PancakeSwap and Ascendex;
Note that, its stablecoin $LUSD is 0x23e...89e on BSC is not the $LUSD(Liquity USD, 0x5f9...bA0 on Ethereum) of liquity.

It turns out that the logic issue of @bananagun located in the `transfer` function, was caused by the wrong update of the `from` account after a fee charge.
The results are below:
- An amount of `fee` tokens minted to the token contract;
- Users transfer fewer tokens than expected. e.g., Alice tries to transfer 100 tokens but only 90 tokens are transferred from Alice.
