There are a lot of insane TFT resources that have come around very recently; honestly it's just free LP if you know them.
1. MetaTFT's Positioning Stats
One of the many lesser known features is their team builder where they shows they stats of how units fare in each hex.
It uses data based on Diamond+ games from Stage 4/5 to tell you both the Frequency and Win Rate of each option.
On top of that, if you click a unit instead of dragging it to the planner it will automatically place them in the best available spot.

3⃣ Godly Exalted Combinations
Only 3 Exalted combinations give you +2 traits under 3-costs in the entire game. If you spot them, they heavily incentivizes you to play these lines and collect free EXP every turn. They are:
