We had a good number of folks really pushing @MetaMetric_ into covering it but @DataChad_ was spot on with the Microsoft risks associated with the EULA. We made recommendations when pushed to, but never really got comfortable with it as a project vs Sandbox/Otherside/DCL.

One example of price inefficiency. The tier 1 and tier 2 Biogenic Swap floor lands are both listed at 10.45 ETH. The T1 is overpriced (no resources) compared to the cheap T2 (2 resources + higher tier).
