Here’s what we’ve achieved just 3 days into the hackathon:
> A solid sketch of our system architecture.
> Initial wireframes showing various views of our enhanced approach.
> New language to better define our services and their intended impact.
Tomorrow marks a key milestone - our first internal demo day, where we’ll showcase tangible progress on our front-end solution and the integration of our pre-proposal development process into Blink.
Weekly demos are essential to our user-centered process, and community feedback plays a vital role.
We already have two user evaluation sessions scheduled in the next two weeks.

According to Quiver Bitcoin will be worth $63,100 in case of a win, and $60,200 in case of a loss.

What to do in a bull market? Same thing as what to do in a bear market.
Hyper focus on making your users happy. Double down on improving features, UX, performance, that make your power users delighted. Word of mouth from power users is the best and cheapest marketing tool.
Projects that don’t have their first 20 power users really need to ship and iterate the core substantive features that acquire their first customers. Ship the core differentiated features as fast as possible and iterate.
The biggest challenge is finding that set of features that have so much pmf that customers onboard despite bad UX and other hurdles.
