most bosses could not care less about their employees
they use words or pizza to "show appreciation", which is an empty gesture. if you really care about them, give them some time off or extra money out of your pocket. if you demand someone to fully operate at your schedule, you see your employee as a means to an end for your own goals
and in the bosses’ defense: most employees also don’t deserve to be taken care of. they do the minimum necessary to not get fired, slack whenever they can and resent the boss for their own situation.
at the end of the day, the winning formula is: whenever you meet someone worthy, double down on them. and if they don’t return that energy, leave them.

In the last 3.5 years, the Biden-Harris administration has disrespected Elon by ignoring his achievements and canceling his contracts with no sensible reasons. Now, some Democrats are calling him far-right because @elonmusk has supported Trump. Many Democrats regret how they treated him, realizing they lost an important ally, especially during this election period.
