Late this afternoon, we identified a problem within our electric system that required us to temporarily shut off power across the City of Easton so crews could safely locate and isolate the issue.
At this time, 16 customers remain without power. Our crews are working as safely and quickly as possible to restore service to those remaining customers and complete any necessary repairs.
Our crews continue to make strong progress restoring service following multiple rounds of severe weather that have affected portions of our service territory since late last week. We expect to restore power to an additional 3,600 customers by 11 p.m. tonight, with service for -
