Another proper solid defensive display, and did enough going forward. There needs to be an inquest into the injures, but it’s good to see Hayes back at least. Tobi needs to be docked wages for how stupid he was.

Great start and it’s been poor after. A miracle biffos haven’t scored at least once. Tasker is constantly caught out of position and Ramming, well the less said the better. Need to completely change tactics because we can’t get away with another 45 minutes like that.

Maybe I’m being too nice, but I don’t really understand the amount of complaints about yesterdays performance. 1st half we looked good and could have scored, 2nd half we rode our luck but defended so much better than we have been. Walsall are supposed to be up there and could 1/2
have gone top if they won, and we kept them from scoring. Yes it would have been nice to attack more but we did our job defensively. When we have a full squad again, then we can complain about not attacking vs a team who currently sit 5th… it’s much needed progress.

Not bad. Defence looked much more assured with Maguire and Flint. Disappointed we didn’t make more of our chances in the first half, but on the balance of things, it’s a very good point and much better than last week. Biffos next.

Going to be home for Tranmere and Crewe away next month. Might not bother going if Watson is still in charge and we do shit like that.

Build up play is fine, the balls in the box are good, but it never seems to find anyone. We can absolutely get something from this game though.

Fantastic half and much more of what I expected from a Watson side. We look so good going forward, especially with Taylor and ZSD. Brown looks very good as well. Hopefully we can continue like this second half.
Also, it’s amazing what happens when Sherring isn’t there.

Really feel like Sherring is almost our biggest problem.
With the ball he can’t string a pass, he spends too long on the ball and gets dispossessed, and if not that, then he panics when he gets it a just kicks it with as much vision as Stevie Wonder.

Wilson looks very average, and I’m still not convinced by Sherring
Something just doesn’t seem right with the team at the moment. There’s a real lack of cohesion and quality throughout the squad.
The big question is: have we actually recruited well enough for this level? Because right now, I’m not convinced we have
Out of possession, he can’t seem to clear the ball very well, and doesn’t have blistering pace.
Not sure if he’s low on confidence or what, but it clearly affects the entire team with build up play or being out of shape without the ball. Need Beckwith/Maguire back ASAP.

I know we have injuries, and without them we would undoubtedly be much better than we are right now, but lord this is poor. Sherring is useless and we desperately need some more players to help out, even if they are just loans until January while players return.
