Its an absolute mystery why peeople refuse to pay the TV license
A man jailed for immigration deception after a judge condemned his “deliberate, extended manipulation” of the system is now the BBC’s principal data scientist for Responsible AI, helping shape how the corporation uses AI and how news is represented through it. Hicham Yezza (picture here with Moazzam Begg, the former Guantánamo Bay detainee) was sentenced to nine months in prison in 2009 after falsely claiming he had permission to remain in Britain. He had overstayed his visa by more than five years. He later successfully appealed against deportation and is now a British citizen. Before joining the BBC, Yezza also described Hamas rocket attacks as “resistance”, accused Israel of ethnic cleansing and called it an apartheid regime built on stolen land. He founded the pro-Palestinian Ceasefire magazine and later joined BBC Monitoring in 2021, where The Telegraph says he produced reports concerning Gaza. His current BBC role involves guiding responsible AI policy and developing benchmarks for how AI assistants represent public-service news. There is an extraordinary contrast here. When the Asserson Report used AI alongside data scientists and other researchers to analyse millions of words of BBC Israel-Hamas coverage, the corporation responded: “We have serious questions about the methodology of this report, particularly its heavy reliance on AI to analyse impartiality.” Yet the BBC now entrusts a senior role in determining how AI should approach and represent news to someone who had publicly expressed such strongly anti-Israel views before joining it. The BBC says Yezza’s controversial statements and immigration case pre-date his employment, that he has not breached its social-media rules while working there, and that he stopped working for Ceasefire when he joined. So that's all OK then! An extraordinary background — and an extraordinary contrast in the BBC’s attitude towards AI scrutiny of news.

Beginning to realise how profound the French Revolution was. Not only did it destroy the ancien regime, but it sowed the seeds for liberalism, and from that came the invasive weeds of communism and nazism. The Roussean universality of man has led to mass migration into Europe. Even as France burns around him Macron cannot differentiate between the native French and administrative French. Until politicians are able to break their liberal programming European civilisation will inevitably die.

European civilisation facing annihilation and Alex is still punching right. 🤪
Total dickhead statement Willing civil unrest? Who does that? Go and experience PEV, stun grenades, tear gas, sharpened pangas, water cannons, looting and widespread destruction for yourself and you would NEVER will this upon your own nation as some sort of desirable climax. This ghoulish fetishization of civil war by perverted ghouls behind Old Rupe's social media is the mental illness of inexperienced wets brought up on Call Of Duty and Clicks The Real World they know not. Oh to see them face tribal clashes in the hinterlands of conflict nations. They'd pee their pants.

There are awful takes, and then there are some that are just retarded
This is a coordinated effort by the far-right to weaponise their racism into political violence today. Reform and Restore are parroting the same lies of course this morning. These are countrywide, cost of living protests. Nothing to do with Islam or Islamism. Liars. 🤬

But, but, muh Russian interference!
What does "legitimate" even mean here? The Electoral Commission found massive breaches of electoral laws. It was the biggest case of electoral fraud in at least a century. And that's *before* considering question of Russian interference.

The lack of self awareness from this mendacious warmonger used to amaze me, but I guess being partly responsible for the deaths of 750k tends to darken the soul.
An expert on Brexit lies enters the debate …. Looking forward to Johnson intervention soon …

Well this is awkward: "The surname "Farage" originates from a distant Huguenot ancestor. Genealogical findings show his lineage traces back to Georgius Ferauge, born in 1681 in Fumay, France, near the modern-day Belgian border. This ancestor emigrated to Berkshire, England, in the early 1700s, and the surname gradually anglicized from Ferauge to Ferridge and finally Farage".

At this point I fully expect this dinghy to be the property of HM Govt
You can be furious about illegal migration. You can believe the small-boats crisis has been catastrophically mishandled. You can demand tougher borders. But what exactly is achieved by taking a knife to an inflatable dinghy in the middle of the Channel while a rescue worker is still standing on it? Hampshire Police say they are now conducting enquiries into footage relating to damage to the boat by Danny Tommo - or as his mum calls him, Daniel Thomas.

Breaking (Clip Banned)🇬🇧🔥🇷🇺: "The British would rise to greatness against Russia. We would have to lock a few people up, pro-Russian voices, that 'don't go to war for Burnham', we'd have to have conscription as well". Tonight on @GBNEWS a Europhile Climate Zealot demands that those refusing to go to war with Russia, or "Going to war for Burnham", are thrown in jail. GB News have taken this entire section OUT of their YouTube Channel, most likely out of embarrassment for allowing this psychopath onto the platform. I'm sure a few of you may have some helpful advice to war mongering @Jacob_Rees_Mogg and his similarly minded death occultist demonic friend. This clown would never take up arms himself, I doubt he'd last 10 seconds in an Army barracks or any military force.

The country is facing a perfect storm: - Net Zero has removed our energy security. - Mass Immigration has destroyed our cohesive society. - Now AI is coming for our jobs. We may have been able to survive AI without 12 million 3rd world mouths to feed. We might have been in the AI race had those Net Zero lunatics not destroyed our energy supply. There may have been enough jobs, but we've imported half the 3rd world to do menial ones. We're in deep shit - and its entirely a result of the poor decision making of the last 30 years of politicians.

The reason the whole “Is Rishi Sunak English?” brouhaha has blown up and continues to blow up is that it actually has very LITTLE to do with Rishi Sunak. He is culturally English, but ethnically Indian. I don't think there is much more to add to that particular conversation. Does he have a dual loyalty to India? Yes, no doubt. He married into a multi-billionaire Indian family and spoke at various “Indian diaspora” events while he was an MP. He is a devout Hindu, and his family and ancestry come from the Mother Country. It would be frankly bizarre if he didn't feel some degree of ethnic nostalgia towards India. I mean, he's only human! Joe Biden feels ethnic nostalgia towards Ireland, so it would be bizarre if Sunak didn't have some of those emotions towards India. But I digress. That isn't the real issue. The reason this has blown up is that the English aren't being recognised as an ethnic group and therefore can't mobilise their ethnic interests within the British system, which is essentially an asymmetric form of multiculturalism. It affords ethnic pride and patronage to minorities while doing much less, and often the opposite, for Whites. Given mass immigration and rapid demographic change, the White English population increasingly wants to be recognised as a "Stakeholder" and a major player within this system, so that it can push back against what it sees as the downgrading of its culture, history and nation. Rishi Sunak is a good egg. He's a jolly-hockey-sticks, upper-middle-class “nice bloke”. He's assimilated, while retaining some ancestral/cultural nostalgia towards India. Unfortunately, Sunak has been dragged into a conversation that isn't really about him at all. It's about English Whites wanting recognition, so they can mobilise politically in the same way that minority groups have successfully mobilised around their own ethnic interests.
