This same training approach works for all the smaller muscles groups btw. Triceps, biceps, and delts (especially side ones) can generally be trained with much more frequency.

And we out! Thank you Los Angeles. I was only here a few hours but it’s been dope. Caught a nasty stinger early in the match but powered through. Shout out to my partner for continually checking in on me during and after the match. We’re the WORLD champs for a reason, we’re always on the same page. I’m taking next week off to celebrate being married to be best woman in the world for 10 years!!!! I’m not sure what I did to deserve this life but if a little pain and losing some sleep is all I gotta go through to keep it I’ll gladly keep going and going and going! I love you all!
