Tough loss against Freedom. Finished 2/3 on PATs, with my third attempt being blocked, and set a new school record with a 47-yard field goal. Also kicked one touchback on kickoff. Proud of the performance, but back to work.

Peyton Falzone is an absolute freak of nature at TE
1. 6’5 215 pounds running 4.49 40 with a 40 inch vertical jump

I don’t care to argue about the “best” exercise. I care about what we can get from it.

There are many ways to train power
Sprint at least twice per week. Decide whether the session needs to emphasize acceleration, max velocity or a small amount of speed endurance based on the athlete and the sport.
From there, choose your ballistic exercise of choice.
