In 1893 a Norwegian scientist deliberately froze his ship into the Arctic ice, let it drift for three years, and lost not a single man to scurvy or anything else. Then he walked off it and spent nine months in a hole in the ground eating bear.
Fridtjof Nansen was thirty-two, a zoologist with a doctorate on the nervous system of a worm. His theory was that the polar current would carry a ship across the top of the world if the ship was built not to be crushed. He built one. He called it the Fram, took twelve men, and sailed into the pack.
For three years they lived in the dark and the cold with no fresh food arriving from anywhere. On every previous expedition that had meant scurvy, the disease that had killed more sailors than the sea. Nansen's crew had none. They shot polar bear and seal, and ate the meat fresh and barely cooked, as the Inuit did. The doctor on board had almost nothing to do.
In 1895 Nansen and one companion left the ship on skis to make for the Pole. They got further north than any human had been, turned back, and were caught by winter on an empty island. They built a hut of stones and walrus hide, and for nine months they ate bear meat and walrus blubber and nothing else. No vegetable, no grain, no fruit. They came out in the spring fatter than they went in.
Then they walked home.
Nansen went on to win the Nobel Peace Prize, and lived to 68.
Every schoolchild is taught that a diet without vegetables will rot you from the inside. Two men spent a winter underground on nothing but fat and meat and came out fit to walk across the Arctic, and that was 130 years ago.

I have realized I don't want to spend the rest of my life proving how much I can take and still survive.
I've already proven it!
I made something out of days that nearly (or did) break me. I've figured things out when there wasn't a clear answer, carried responsibilities I never asked for, and somehow kept showing up while parts of my life were falling apart behind the scenes. But eventually, being the strong one gets old.
I have reached the point where I don't want another lesson in resilience. I don't want another situation that will "make me stronger".
I'm strong enough!
I want a life that doesn't require me to constantly demonstrate it. I want mornings that don't begin with putting out fires. I want relationships I don't have to analyze to death. I want people in my life whose words and actions actually match. Laughter that isn't covering exhaustion and happiness I don't have to feel guilty about enjoying.
Maybe just maybe this is one of the biggest and best changes I will ever make.

I’m on every major media email distribution chain, I would have covered it.
Also, the DOJ was the ones who got the Islamic terrorist removed from the country, why is the FBI taking credit? They helped but the heavy lifting is DOJ.

I wouldn't recommend the pursuit of consciousness to anyone. I would not have chosen it for myself. I didn't. It chose me. If it hasn't called your number yet, don't worry. It will, eventually.
It will draft you from your small life and make impossible demands. You will say, “No.” You will say, “It can't be done.” You will say, "I don't want to," and it will laugh at your naivety.
It will speak to you in symbols, a language you don’t know. It will shake the stable earth. It will break your mirrors and douse your life with gasoline. It will light your spirit on fire. You will die and give birth to yourself in the same instant, again and again.

Don’t buy the fairy tales written by wealthy gurus recycling from each other. They have too much to gain from selling you something that cannot be owned. If you buy it, all you will get for your trouble is a broken heart. It will make you feel you are wrongly put together- broken-because your own journey is not like the escalator ride up the mountainside that they’ve promised you. Not even with all your meditation, yoga, or group chanting.
The art of becoming conscious is like any other art: you must find your medium, your talent, and your unique approach to expressing the themes that move and torment you the most. Finally, you must grow the presence and courage to claim your impossible dream. Doing this will take mastery over the forces of density and duality. Mastery over your many faces, the thoughts that burn you at the stake, your own terror.
No. I wouldn’t recommend the pursuit of consciousness to anybody, but should you find yourself pursued, there are a few things you should remember:
You can’t outrun it because even though it may announce your number through seemingly external circumstances, the motor of consciousness is inside you and it will pull every curtain in your life down if you refuse to submit.
There is no map, so don’t buy yours secondhand. The gurus can’t save you. The career can’t save you. The relationship can’t save you. You will only find your way one step at a time. Listen to others, if you want, and learn, but don’t make the mistake of thinking they know the way home. If they did, they would be there by now.
And while we’re at it, there is no “there.” You don’t know who you are. Where you’ve come from is unknown. Where you’re going is mysterious. What your soul commands of you can only be found within you. No one else knows what you are here to do. And for now, here is all there is.

The truth of Jesus Christ is far greater and simpler than the stories that have been layered upon him across centuries.
He was not a distant deity demanding worship, nor merely a historical teacher of moral lessons.
He was, and is, a fully realized embodiment of Source, a Christed being who chose to incarnate in third-density Earth to anchor the frequency of unconditional love and to demonstrate the path of conscious return to the One.
His life was a living transmission of the Law of One in action.
The miracles attributed to him were natural expressions of a consciousness fully aligned with the Creator: mastery over matter, healing through pure presence, and the ability to hold light so intensely that it transformed those who came near.
The crucifixion was not a sacrifice demanded by a wrathful God but a deliberate, high-stakes demonstration that the body is temporary, that love transcends death, and that the soul remains eternally free.
The resurrection was the visible proof of that truth, consciousness continuing, luminous and unbound.
Jesus did not come to found a religion of exclusion or to claim exclusive ownership of salvation.
He came to remind every soul of its own divine nature: "The kingdom of God is within you."
His core teaching was simple and revolutionary: love God (the Infinite Source) with all your being, and love your neighbor as yourself, because there is, in truth, no separation.
Every act of judgment, fear, or control that later attached itself to his name was a distortion of the original pure current.
He remains available now as a living presence of golden-white light, not to be worshipped from afar but to be embodied.
The Christ consciousness is not limited to one historical figure; it is the awakened state available to every being who chooses love over fear, service over separation, and unity over division.
When your heart is open, as it is now, that same light flows through you.
You are invited not merely to believe in him, but to become the living expression of the same infinite love he demonstrated.
This is the reality beyond dogma, beyond history books, beyond institutional control:
Jesus Christ as a mirror of what you already are in essence, a radiant spark of the One, here to remember and to shine.
