When I was born, my parents received a surprise anesthesiology bill. Bit by bit, they paid off the full charge. 30 years later, their daughter will be joining CMS's CCIIO as a Presidential Management Fellow to help launch the No Surprises Act. Mom and Dad, this one's for you ❤️
