If he is a dangerous rapist.. Why is this dumb woman chasing him down the road, and off into a secluded space? Seems to me that might lead to her getting the ever loving shit beat out of her, or worse if he's a bad dude.

This video shows an extremely serious allegation (nothing more), an assault, and a chase. That is all it shows. It shows men recording the event in case she denies assaulting that man, or decides to press that allegation or make further claims.

Here in the US, until there is a preponderance of evidence allegations aren't taken as fact. Did that change in Canada? I know it used to be pretty similar up there.

Ope, almost! If we want to limit sexual assault on campus, we need to have a zero tolerance policy for sexual assault on campus! Nothing else matters until this policy both exists and is enforced. When students can stay on campus and write an essay after a rape, nothing changes.

If you really want to limit sexual assaults on campus, you should have a zero-tolerance rule for drugs or alcohol, with students immediately expelled for drinking, whether on or off campus, until graduation.
