I’ve decided to go back to Keto diet. The quoted tweet was from a year into the pandemic where sitting at home made me gain over 20 lbs, my weight jumped into a whooping 150 lb, heavier than my heaviest weight when I was pregnant, I was 134 lb in the last month of pregnancy, but I’m aware I have more muscles now. I’ve managed on Keto alone no exercises from early 2021 to drop my weight from 150 lb to 130 lb when I stopped by the end of same year. A month and a half ago I decided to drop my extra weight because I’ve realized I’ve gained all that weight back! I’ve cut off sugar only for a month, and started eating 1-2 meals a day, dropped from 148 lb to 144 lb For the past 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get back to Keto, and it’s been so hard! I couldn’t get myself in Ketosis, but I’ve lost 4 lbs in one week, from 144 to 140 But in the past week of messing up and eating carbs (work did some celebration and provided a lot of carbs) and I gain 2 lbs back! And I couldn’t cut carbs again! The main reason? Snacking on carbs! So today I’ve prepped some portions of snacks, that’s just hazelnuts, pistachios, sugar free chocolate chips, and sugar free peanuts covered in chocolate This idea had helped me in the past staying focused and snacking healthy. What had helped you not snack when you are in between meals and craving something to eat?

When I was at the ER my magic partner sent me that he finished the Eventbrite’s listing and it’s live He asked about delaying our upcoming magic show, or canceling and just do it next month… once I told him that I need surgery I said “the show must go on… let’s do both” Hey… let’s see you there ❤️♠️♦️♣️
