With all of these preemptive rounds, founders will need to make sure that they don't believe their own hype. U can't skip steps to product market fit. Hiring more sales reps won't help you find it faster, only 🔥 💰. Stay the course, build the right way, don't prematurely scale.
Few women/POC hold top leadership positions at large companies, policies like this only continue to drive corporate board inequity. Board work has been incredibly important to my continued professional development, and I believe can make your employees more valuable.
Dodgers win and my streak of moving someplace and having that city win the World Series continues Boston (‘04), SF (‘12) and now LA (‘20) ... accepting bids to relocate in 2021 ... will also be betting on this in the future
