Are ɣδ T cells important? 🥰 The ɣδ T cells are expanded in the better prognosis patients (2 & 5) & are super cytotoxic. So we VALIDATED this result on a cohort of a 58 DLBCL patients.

BUT 😱 Another cell type have a hyperextension, but we could not see it through TCR seq, because these cells are ɣδ T cells (only ɑβ are sequenced)

🤔And... what cells contribute to the efficacy of the treatment? By scTCRseq we can see the huge expansion of CD8 cytotoxic T cells, leading the response.

⚠️ And we have VALIDATED this results with 18 more patients! Almost all patients with 75% of CD4+ cells at IP achieve a complete response and have better survival.
