Being able to support @BrittHiggins_ has only been made possible by leaning on people like Martin Fisk when things are tough. So proud he’s been awarded an OAM for his work as CEO of @Menslink. An organisation that’s helped thousands of young boys and men with their mental health

Big congrats to @MFiskMenslink CEO at @Menslink for his second virtual Business Breakfast event. This charity is so important, and COVID-19 has hit them hard financially. The keynote address by @JuliaGillard from @beyondblue highlights the need for 24/7 mental health support.

They're involved, they care and they're kind. They're constructive & help build people up, not tear them down. They encourage growth but don't take over. They regulate their emotions. They're respectful of others & appreciative of differences. They're grateful for what they have.
With lockdown in CBR, anxiety and worry can sometimes feel overwhelming & we can never get over them. Don't worry, our counsellors are still supporting young guys online and by phone. We're there to give you that helping hand to get you over the hurdles in your life.
