In my company, we have a ‘time-back’ rule.
If you work late, you start late. You cannot work the following morning.
Short-term, it might not seem necessary or significant.
Long-term, it’s essential for people to take the rest they need.
A 2-hour workshop for women who want to understand their perimenopause and menopause so it doesn’t overwhelm them or their life.
