188 sportfishing businesses urged the Louisiana Wildlife & Fisheries Commission to keep the half-mile menhaden buffer. Despite broad support, LWFC voted 4–3 to advance the rule. It’s not final — public comments open Dec. 19–Jan. 23.

the @gothamwhale NYC humpback whale catalogue just recently passed 400 WHALES‼️ since 2011, with the help of citizen scientists and naturalists, GW researchers have managed to photograph & document at least 400 individual humpbacks in our study area near NYC

13 million fish stolen from Humpback whales in NY/NJ Waters now inside Windmill Point, Fleeton, Rappahannock, Little River Calcasieu Pass, Tidelands, and Smugglers Point. Omega Protein boats heading back to VA to grind them up for fish meal, oil & profit. End Reduction fishing.
