This is all a “feelings” issue - if the “feel” terrorized I want to alleviate that.
Leaving the country is my suggestion to allow them to sleep better.
Replying to @shipwreckedcrew
I love when Bill agrees ICE employs terrorists tactics.
But you believe in the constitution.
Don’t you Bill?
Are you sure?

There is a CONGRESSIONAL STATUTE that says an alien who is a member of a communist or totalitarian regime, they are INADMISSIBLE under immigration statutes.
There is compelling evidence her father as a Colonel in the army of a Marxist-Leninist dictator, and commanded a regiment that committed atrocities against a tribal minority.
He lied about that and claimed he was a teacher.
She claims he was a teacher even though she has described living in luxurious surroundings as a young girl in Somalia.
Being "inadmissible" means his naturalization as a citizen was ALWAYS void. She claims derivative naturalization through him.
If our laws have any meaning, she must be denaturalized and deported.
She can then seek an immigrant visa and start the process over again on her own as an adult.

A shameless liar.
Here’s @AOC just now at an @AbdulElSayed rally complaining about the struggles of growing up in the Bronx.
She switches up her accents and drops a “pardon?” 😂
And literally says, twice, “I grew up in the Bronx.”
She grew up in the wealthy suburbs of Westchester, New York.

The US failure to recognize Somaliland and take advantage of its historical connection to Great Britain is inexplicable.
It has both ocean front property and 7000 foot mountains -- and no civil war.
It is a developed and prosperous nation, unlike the failed nation of Somalia.
Ilhan Omar exists BECAUSE we keep PRETENDING Somalia and Somaliland are the same country.
THEY’RE NOT.
Somaliland is sitting on the Bab el-Mandeb — 10-12% of global seaborne trade — and offering America the spare key.
Berbera port. Critical minerals. Taiwan ties. No Al-Shabaab since 2008.
Somalia is the failed state that keeps exporting Ilhan Omar and fraud rings.
SOMALILAND is the one that works.

Johnathan Banks is ALL of us. Only communists can make hell out of heaven. One of the greatest actors of all time (Mike on Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul) perfectly sums up life under commie rule in California in a way only his iconic voice can convey. "It's one of the most wonderful places to live, and obviously it becomes one of the most hellish places to live." He lost his home in the Woolsey Fire, now dealing with power outages & this year's fires...
We don't need to accept any of this as just part of living in California. It's not climate change, it's not inevitable...it's the result of bad policy from bad politicians and uniparty rule. We need to act different and vote different. Or else we can just keep expecting this record to repeat itself over and over and over and over and over and over and over...then we'll all sound like Banks

That's why DOJ sent California the 20,000 names of individuals thought to be registered to vote but not citizens.
That is "knowledge" -- if Calif election officials choose to ignore it, they walk into the theory of legal liability called "deliberate ignorance."
That can be applied in federal criminal cases under very narrow circumstances.
NEW: In a new letter to LA County, the DOJ warns that if the County allows ballot processors to tabulate the votes of alleged non-citizens, they are opening themself to federal criminal prosecution.
"If persons knowingly tabulate ballots cast by individuals identified by federal agencies as noncitizens, they risk becoming aiders and abettors to a federal crime."

The people in the audience aren't asking his for his vote.
He's the one seeking the power to vote on U.S. foreign policy questions as one of 100 Senators.
The answers of audience members are irrelevant.
He made clear his disdain for answering questions voters have about him.
And, yes, based on his longstanding public commentary, I do believe he has dual loyalties and the interests of the U.S. are not at the top of his list of concerns.
Good response from @AbdulElSayed to racist ‘do you disavow/do you condemn’ questions from rightwingers.
Turn the question right back on them.

Imagine how much more is hidden.
Chris Wray's FBI designated the classified docs investigation--Plasmic Echo--as a "sensitive investigative matter" (SIM, like he did with Hunter Biden file) so only case agents had access.
It remained that way until one of Kash Patel's guys forced one of the agents to unseal it earlier this year. The matter was not "pending" since the case had been dismissed by Judge Cannon in July 2024. But this is how Wray's FBI hid politically-charged documents on his way out the door.
All nine agents involved in the case were fired.

We live in a paradoxical world where its incumbent on Americans to earn immigrants votes but they don't have to earn the right to be in America around Americans.
"Well if you point out they behave badly they wont vote for us!"
Wild system we have here where Americans have to earn immigrants votes by capitulating to the worst behavior the West has ever seen.

Eastern Europeans form criminal gangs too, we really need to cut off all immigration.
After all these years of being jaded by politics and humanity, I still can’t get over how entitled and ungrateful immigrants, especially non-European ones, are about their right to be here and take what they want and do as they please. Anything less is an injustice bordering on oppression to them. Even when they’re moved to express gratitude they can’t not frame things in terms of “opportunity.”

To escape such terrorization, the illegal aliens should flee back to their home countries where they would be free from ICE.
ICE is terrorizing our communities, making people afraid to go to work or even step outside. This is just the latest example.
This isn’t making our communities safer. Republicans wrote ICE a blank check, enabling reckless thugs to terrorize our neighbors. They own the chaos and fear they’ve unleashed across America.

It’s an invading army, except that the gates were opened from the inside. The men of the UK are morally allowed to revolt at this point.
🚨BREAKING: MPs have voted against a Conservative motion calling for the UK to withdraw from the European Convention on Human Rights in order to deport illegal migrants
They voted 309 to 113 (a majority of 196) against the motion, which would also have condemned plans to house 1,256 unvetted male migrants at a disused Ministry of Defence site near Piddington, Oxfordshire
