Almost a month ago, @GoibiboSupport blatantly lied in consumer court that a full refund had been initiated, but they did not. They also refused to provide compensation even after accepting their mistake. @DGCAIndia @airsewa_MoCA, kindly help. I will lodge a complaint on edaakhil.
I have raised the issue with the Consumer Court and will take this to higher authorities too. I will not let this go.

I have mailed,No response from @GoibiboSupport yet. This is how they treat their customers, with no accountability for their mistakes, nor providing any compensation. The only thing they are doing is shifting blame onto me for their error, and they have no proof to support that
No response from @GoibiboSupport they have ghosted, will take this to consumer court.

I have an interview at 1PM & was forced to rebook at ₹12,000 last minute. This is a massive system failure
I had initiated refund for my delhi lucknow flight but goibibo has automatically canceled my lucknow delhi flight saying i raised the refund. They are saying its mistake from my end.
I need refund and full compensation for inconvenience
