what was the best era of commentary? is it right now? was it 10 years ago? i came in the game with scar and toph being the top commentators, but the games changed much since then. what do you think? where has commentary gotten better or worse?

i think its very hard to think about this unbiased because of nostalgia. i would default to the commentary that got me into melee and that made me love it for the first time, but maybe to others its garbage lmao
