It has been a privilege to attend #ICAO41 and witness the important work being done to make air travel and airports safer, greener and better. ✈️
Incredibly proud that Canada (and my home town of @Montreal!) is host to this important @UN body
I delivered a speech at #ICAO41 about international partners working collaboratively, finding justice for PS752, reducing pollution in the aviation sector, and our support for Ukraine. Canada is proud to put forward those initiatives and work with partners to make them happen.
Last month, I had the privilege, one last time, to represent Canada on #OpenGovernment at the @OECD
We discussed ways to strengthen #democracy, measures to safeguard healthy civic space, and Brazil and Canada presented a scan of their open government program
