THE TRUTH OF OUR BEING Throughout his entire life, man stands astonished before the hardness of rock, the weight of iron, and the rigidity of the walls surrounding him, relying on a deep-seated belief, blinded by a thousand and one material forms, convinced that this universe is solid, independent, and self-sustaining in a cold void beyond the reach of consciousness. This is the great illusion upon which modern materialism has been built: the belief that “solid matter” is fundamental, and that consciousness is merely a secondary flicker born from lifeless biological interactions within a material brain. Yet the truth that brings every fortress of materialism tumbling down is far simpler and greater than that: there is no solid matter in this existence at all; rather, solidity in its entirety is nothing but an ingenious trick, an illusory interpretation constructed by the lens of the mind to make the drama appear real. If you approached any object you consider solid and examined it through the microscope of understanding rather than the microscope of matter, you would discover the great scandal concealed by physics and philosophy alike: the atom itself is nothing but an immense expanse of emptiness. Its nucleus at the center is extremely small compared with the distance separating it from its electrons, and this space is not filled with solid emptiness, but is a field of probabilities and waves of energy. In other words, more than 99.9% of the atom is empty space! So what makes us feel, then, that the table is solid and that the wall prevents our hands from passing through it? Solidity is not an intrinsic property of the external “thing”; rather, it is a sensation of resistance produced by your perceptual apparatus. When your hand approaches a wall, energy fields interact, repelling and resisting one another, and the mind translates this immediate interaction into the sharp sensation we call “solidity.” Solidity, then, is not in the stone itself, but in the way the mind translates the waves of consciousness. It is an idea, a sensation, and a reflection; it is never an independent material essence. And here lies the deeper truth that uproots materialism from its foundations: everything is composed of consciousness. Consciousness is not a product of matter; rather, matter itself is an appearance within consciousness. Atoms, stars, galaxies, bodies, solidity, color, and sound are all nothing but waves in the ocean of consciousness. The mind is the one that takes this raw consciousness and constructs from it a world of forms, densities, and distances. The mind is not a creator, but an architect that builds a world out of consciousness in which the individual character can live. If you removed the lens of the mind, no hard rock, no cold iron, and no solid ground would remain as we know them; weight and density would disappear along with them, because they are all properties that exist only within the field of perception. The material world, with all its mass and solidity, is nothing but a precise and intricate translation carried out by the lens of the mind to deceive the individual character and make it experience the harshness of the game and the distance of space. Materialism falls defeated before the simplest logical question: Can you prove the existence of even a single piece of “solid matter” outside the realm of your consciousness and thoughts? Every proof upon which materialism has relied to establish the existence of an independent material world, from scientific measurements and instruments to brains and laboratories, necessarily appears, is perceived, and is measured within consciousness itself. You are attempting to use your thoughts and perceptions to prove the existence of something outside your thoughts and perceptions, and this is a fatal contradiction that uproots materialism from its very foundations. Solid matter is nothing but a “dense idea” drawn by the lens of the mind with the ink of the Absolute. And when a person realizes that the walls surrounding them are nothing but shadows painted upon the glass of their perception, existential dread dissolves and the chains of enslavement to matter shatter. You are not a frail being trapped among lifeless rocks and blind matter; rather, you are the eternal screen, the Presence against which the shadows of matter collide and dissolve into your original light. ✨🙌🏾💫
