Introducing #Bright2Nuc: A label-free 👨💻#deeplearning method to predict in-silico nuclear staining from just bright-field images of on-chip 3D #iPS cultures! (Morphology - Differentiation - Tracking)➡️bit.ly/3eqAPX9
Great work by Scott Atwell and @dominik_waibel.
With #Bright2Nuc predictions, coupled with #StarDist for segmentations, we can predict the differentiation state of the stem cells directly from the bright-field images, without the need for any additional stainings.
When we couple #Bright2Nuc with #TrackMate, we can track stem cells in the live 3D cultures using bright-field live imaging.
