THINK: A young man loses his grandmother, is reportedly offered by Delhi police to go for last rites (as per police) .
BUT fact is, he is still in detention. No clarity on where he is, when he will be released, why was he picked up by the police from an airplane in the first place when he hadn’t broken any law. Doesn’t Abhijit Dipke @abhijeet_dipke and many other young people like him have the same rights as every Indian citizen? 🙏

मामला भले ही दुखद था, अभिजीत दीपके को उनकी दादी के देहांत की सूचना देने का
लेकिन यहां दिल्ली पुलिस की जितनी तारीफ की जाए कम है । दरअसल दिल्ली पुलिस ही नहीं आम जनता भी इन 'कॉकरोचों ' की हरकतों और धूर्तता को अब अच्छे से पहचान - समझ चुके हैं। इसीलिए दादी देहांत की सूचना देने का वीडियो बनाया..
जरा सोचिए कि वीडियो बन रहा है ये बात अभीजित दीपके को पता थी बावजूद इसके डिटेंशन से बाहर आते ही झूठ फैलाया गया कि दीपके को दिल्ली पुलिस ने दादी के देहांत की सूचना नहीं दी।
भला हो कि दिल्ली पुलिस ने ये वीडियो जारी कर इनकी पोल खोल दी।
बाकी दादी देहांत की सूचना पर दीपके की प्रतिक्रिया का आंकलन हर कोई अपने हिसाब से लगा रहा है।

एक ही मांग होती थी कि बिना शर्त रिहा करो।
माफी की मांग उल्टे पुलिस से और सरकार से होती थी कि वे हमें गिरफ्तार करने के लिए माफी मांगे।
हमें अभी अभिजीत दीपके का कोई ट्वीट बताया कि वह कह रहा है कि उसने अपने बांड में यह नहीं लिखा।
वह तकनीकी बात है।
बांड भरना ही जमानत के लिए तैयार होना ही या और स्पष्ट बताएं कोई साइन करना भी छात्र आंदोलन में पुलिस प्रशासन या सरकार से समझौता माना जाता था।
कहा जाता था जब तक जेल में रखना हो रखो। जमानत नहीं लेंगे।
और बता दे जब लिख ही रहे हैं तो इमरजेंसी में भाजपा संघ के सब नेताओं ने माफी मांगी थी।

आंदोलन में गिरफ्तार हुआ कोई भी छात्र युवा राजनीतिक नेता अगर ऐसा बांड भर के बाहर आता है तो उसकी राजनीति या प्रभाव खत्म हो जाता है।
हमें ज्यादा इनकी राजनीति में इंटरेस्ट नहीं है इसलिए मालूम भी नहीं किया मगर बहुत तरह की खबरें चल रही थीं तब मालूम किया तो पता चला कि हां यह तीनों अभिजीत दीपके सौरव दास आशुतोष राणा मुचलका भरकर बाहर आए हैं।
आज की आज जाने मगर पहले तो छात्र आंदोलन में जो छात्र युवा नेता ऐसा करते थे वह फिर घर के बाहर नहीं निकाल पाते थे। नेतृत्व तो पूरी तरह उनका खत्म हो ही जाता था।
छात्र आंदोलन के नेता बाहर निकलते थे और ज्यादा तेवर के साथ।
पुलिस केस वापस लेती थी और मजिस्ट्रेट ससम्मान रिहा करता था।
अदालत के बाहर से छात्रों का जुलूस मालाएं पहनाकर नारे लगाते हुए ले जाता था।

Youth, all opposition parties, civil society groups, all those who believe in democracy and stand by the Constitution of India, will walk with us.
We will submit a memorandum to the Chief Justice on behalf of the nation, demanding an end to vote chori, halting of SIR and the resignation of Gyanesh Kumar.
Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Ajit Doval and Mohan Bhagwat cannot silence India's voice. These cowards cannot intimidate us. They will have to step aside.
We will march together, with love, brotherhood and patriotism.

CJP की लीडरशिप आज खाली डब्बा साबित हुई है। आज CJP के सारे नेता पुलिस की हिरासत से बाहर थे। लेकिन उनमें से कोई भी ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ धरना-प्रदर्शन करता नज़र नहीं आया। किसी ने सांकेतिक गिरफ्तारी तक नहीं दी। जबकि आज के प्रदर्शन का आह्वान CJP के राष्ट्रीय संघटन सचिव अजिंक्य शिंदे ने किया था। आज वो भी कहीं नजर नहीं आया। दरअसल CJP के नेता भी केजरीवाल की तरह ही ड्रामा करने और झूठ बोलने में पारंगत है। अभिजीत दिपके ने तो दादी की मौत की खबर को लेकर भी राजनीति की। जो अब देश की जनता के सामने है। हम उम्मीद करते हैं कि वामपंथी छात्र संगठन इन महाठगों से अपनी दूरी बनाएंगे और भविष्य में इनके साथ आंदोलन का कोई कॉल नहीं देंगे। कॉमरेड्स, आप सक्षम हैं। आपको किसी CJP और AAP जैसे शिखंडियों की जरूरत नहीं है। ये सब मोदी-शाह की दलाली कर रहे हैं, ताकि विपक्ष के मीडिया स्पेस पर कब्जा किया जा सके।

This is how you build pressure through protest, not by holding press conferences just to make reels, making tall claims, and then getting detained right on the plane!

I had requested to let me speak to my cousin who lives with my grandmother. Asked for my phone just for a couple of minutes so I could at least take out the number of my cousin.
Why Delhi Police didn’t let me use my phone? I had also asked for a call with lawyer which was again denied.
At 3:30 in the morning, Delhi Police asks me to call my father and inform him that tomorrow I’ll be going in jail for a long time. The same father who has just lost his mother. How much more trauma did you want to put my family through after we already lost my grandmother?
What was the purpose of trying to call my parents at f-ing 3:30 in the morning? You wanted to torment them?
