Wow! So honored that my guru - the man who fired me up with his book #SPARK - sent this tweet! #exercisegrowsbraincells Thank you, @jratey
PE Teachers: How are you modifying your classes to meet the need of your students? Listen to "Learning Curve: How Physical Education Works In A Virtual Learning Environment" via @NPR for one teacher's approach.

Landed! Thank you #SHAPEKC for an amazing conversation. More pics etc to follow, but I will drop this one now!
This session! @DriemeyerPE I am currently obsessed! Can't wait to continue practicing and share with my colleagues and their students. #SHAPEKC
Day one in the books! Absolutely loved presenting with my retirement crew and later on with my sister! What a blessing to be able to do this! #SHAPEKC @SHAPEAmerica @foes4sports @CoachFoe @TchPE22 @razzledazzle522 (missed you @jlobianc) and sista Adrienne!
Traveling to #SHAPEKC has been interesting! Almost every single flight has been canceled. The place is virtually abandoned. It's almost surreal. And then just when I sat down for lunch I realized I had left my backpack at the security check!!
So incredibly excited to be presenting with this amazing group of folks!

Pt. 1 HNY! 1 of my favorite New Year activities was #OneWord. 2 class sessions involving a read aloud, a series of simple games revolving around finding their One Word, and recording their words on their class poster. Many classroom tchrs. collaborated and Ss created art.
Pt. 2 Here is a link to a read aloud if you don't have the hard copy of the book: youtu.be/QuM1rY3QQPk?si=sS2B…

I still encourage young professionals and PE majors to get on X, but it is a hard sell. Some are Leary about social media in general, others not keen when it changed from twitter. It still has legs though - we have to keep pushing.
Repost this if you want the PE Twitter community to make a comeback!
