Afternoon all - just a quick update regarding our recent fundraising achievements, Star Award winner and ways you can support us.
Due to our end of year on Friday the 31st July (and the need to count our cavernous storerooms), we will be closing at 6pm on that day in Medway Maritime Hospital. Sheppey and Wainscott store opening hours are unaffected. The night window should be open as normal.
During 2024/25 we donated £365,000 of equipment to local NHS services (with another £100,000 approved before the year end) - nearly half a million pounds of essential equipment!

Good morning. Due to equipment failure, we are currently unable to serve hot food (other than soup, toast & tea cakes) from our cafe in Medway Maritime Hospital. We aim to have this rectified as soon as possible.

Our volunteers couldn't be any less similar in many ways if they tried. Their ages, backgrounds, volunteer roles & reasons for contributing are wildly different. Regardless, their incredible work & dedication is equally appreciated by both us and Hospital Radio Medway
Happy Volunteers' week to everyone who gives up their time for free, but particularly to those that choose to do it supporting their local hospital. The numbers are staggering, 2600 hours a month, that's the equivalent of 70 full-time staff. Thank you to each and every one of you
