The StarCraft2 community is not dead. I don’t want to see StarCraft slowly rot away through years of inaction.
We are still here, and we are still working hard to build community tournaments and events to keep this game alive and its community going.

The drophacking issue has been a problem on Korea server for a few years already but its gotten so much worse in the last 4-5 months. Hacking and other bugs in the game like masterleague bug etc should 100% be a higher priority than doing random balance changes. @Blizzard_Ent

Patch 5.0.16 is reverted, so while we're on a roll...
Can we also get rid of:
- The drop hackers infesting Grandmaster League
- The Master League border bug
