If Apple let people install iOS on Android phones, they’d ditch Android overnight.

The number of views it got is frying me
Today we're excited to launch Wave 1.8 and it's a big one. From now on, you can make voice and video calls right inside your personal conversations. Calls are E2EE. Answer straight from your Lock Screen, keep chatting while the call floats in a small window, and add live filters to your video. Every call, including the ones you missed, shows up in your call history. You can now send videos too. And when one photo isn't enough, send up to 10 photos and videos together as an album. Sent something you didn't mean to? You can now unsend any message you've sent, not just photos and voice notes. We've also added Chat Backup. Wave can back up your chats to iCloud automatically, every day, week, or month, so when you reinstall Wave or switch to a new iPhone, your conversations come right back with you.

It’s not that hard to understand. Even getting small things done in India takes so much time and effort because of corruption and bureaucracy. People have seen countless examples of this, and many don’t want to spend their lives fighting the system. They’d rather move somewhere where things actually work. Let them make that choice.
Do we want to live in a great nation or do we want to make the nation we live in great? There is no correct answer and the answer determines what you do with life.

Prioritize the things that need you to exist over the things that will exist without you.

and ran out of GPT Astra limits on a single request. Wowwww
I ran out of Claude limits, so I asked GPT Astra to make one final change. Guess what? It f changed a dozen files and completely missed the point.

Awesome
Opus 5.5 and GPT-6 Astra can now color grade your videos at the level of a professional. Introducing color grading with Tesseract. Shift individual colors, enhance your camera log footage, and dial in the look shot by shot with support for ACES and LUTs. Every layer stays editable, whether you work in your agent or take your project into Premiere or After Effects.

What a terrible take. Google’s rule is one of the most developer-hostile policies out there. Imagine building something genuinely useful and being told you can’t release it until you convince people to test it for two weeks Apple has plenty of problems, but this is absolutely NOT something it should learn from Google.
This is getting out of control. I still don't understand why doesn't Apple learn from Google. New developers can't publish straight to production; the app must run a closed test, have at least 12 testers and collect feedback for 14 days. If users uninstalled the app, the timer resets.

I think the one who created this universe exists in a place where the speed of light is actually the slowest possible thing. They created our universe in such a way that what is slow for them becomes the fastest thing for us, light. And then they created life on Earth that barely moves. Maybe this wasn't random. Maybe it's intentional. If we ever evolve far enough, these limits make sure we can never reach their world.
