Friday, I was on my way to pick @paytonson up when the call came. During the homecoming pep rally, he had another seizure. It’s only the second one since 2023. I got to the school in time to ride with him in the ambulance to the hospital. We spent hours at the hospital that night. Waiting. Praying. Just needing to hear he was okay. Thank you to the AH EMS crew who were there in an instant and took care of him. Thank you to Coach @RobbieGould09, who made the call and stayed with Jaden when it mattered most. Thank you to the crew at Northwest Community Hospital for all your amazing work. And thank you to the @SaintViatorHS staff and community for the love, the prayers, and for wrapping their arms around our boy until I could get to him. Jaden is doing great. He still went to homecoming last night. That’s his heart. That’s his fight. The journey to understand these seizures isn’t over. We’ll attack it the way this family attacks everything else. Together. Holding each other up. Refusing to let fear write the story. Please keep Jp, and all of us, in your prayers. We feel every single one. Thank you
