Intervolve has really crappy delivery service. From updates to “attempted deliveries”
Hope that @TalktoBPI can do something about this.
after speaking to a customer agent, they said there were 3 attempted deliveries… which i highly doubt. our security always informs us of any delivery…
and if this was true, then their tracking system is really bad.
tried via BDO and i was able to transfer. looks like it’s a problem on your end @TalktoBPI
reading through forums and social media, it seems like @metrobankcardph really has a terrible delivery system.
my card was approved a month ago, and i still haven’t received it. 🤷🏽♂️
just shifted to the new BDO app a few weeks ago. for some reason, it does not reflect the correct amounts of my accounts. is this happening to anyone else?
