I'm the National Secretary of I Stand for Peter Obi. I'm Mohammed Isa from Adamawa State. Regarding your latest statement, sir, Your Excellency, the Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo, I want to assure you that Peter Obi is called by God. Peter Obi is the person God has chosen. He is God's choice for Nigeria. You are talking about progressives. Let me give you one assurance again: Peter Obi will win your polling unit. He will defeat your candidate. If you Igbo people don't like Peter Obi, we in the North see Peter Obi as our brother. We are going to vote for Peter Obi. And let me tell you, even in your own polling unit, in your local government area, Peter Obi will win there. I heard you saying that progressives are working together. Which progressives are working together? Is it the hardship, banditry, and kidnapping going on everywhere? Which progressives? We don't know what progress you are talking about. I want to ask you, as a former Central Bank Governor, what do you know about the economics of the country? What do you know about the economy of the country? Look at the price of fuel. Look at the price of foodstuffs. Look at how the masses are suffering. Look at the security situation in the country. Charles Soludo, I want to ask you, as a former Governor of the CBN and someone knowledgeable in the discipline of economics, what are we facing today in Nigeria? Hardship, banditry, kidnapping, and the high cost of foodstuffs. Ordinary people cannot afford three square meals a day in Nigeria. People in the North cannot sleep peacefully in their houses at night. Is this what you are trying to tell us when you say progressives are working together? If progressives are working together, let me ask you: which progressives? Which side of the progressives? Please, can you tell us which side of the progressives is working, Mr. Charles Soludo? Which side of the progressives? Let me tell you, our eyes are already open. People know everything. People know everything that is happening in the country, especially we in the North. Everybody in the North will vote for Peter Obi. All our people will vote for Peter Obi. If you Igbo people don't like Peter Obi, we are going to vote for him. And I will still tell you that Peter Obi will win your polling unit because he is together with the masses. He is going to defeat your candidate because the people are with the NDC. NDC will win everywhere in Nigeria, and Peter Obi is the next President, whether you like it or not. I will advise you to cooperate. How does music clearance actually work? Because, if I’m not mistaken, this song is a remake of Wizkid’s “Manya,” which itself reworks Mama G’s “Jolly, Forget Your Sorrow,” which is also a reworking of V.I.P.’s “Ahomka Womu” — the original song. So shouldn’t the conversation about clearance involve V.I.P., who are the original creators of the sound, rather than just the subsequent versions? Or am I missing something?
How long are we supposed to wait for this banger? 😭

FUNSO DOHERTY EXPOSES THE PYRAMID OF AGBEROISM AND MULTI-LAYERED TAXATION ON LAGOS ROADS; THE PYRAMID. The Lagos State Governorship Candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), HE Funso Doherty, has drawn attention to what he describes as an entrenched system of agberoism and multiple layers of taxation operating across Lagos roads, raising serious questions about who benefits from the system and the burden it places on residents, motorists, traders, and transport operators. Here's is the pyramid. According to Funso Doherty, the problem goes beyond the activities of individual street-level collectors. He argues that agberoism has evolved into a deeply entrenched structure, allegedly sustained by political interests and used as a channel for extracting revenue from ordinary Lagosians. His position raises a fundamental question: why has a problem that continues to affect the daily lives and economic activities of Lagos residents remained unresolved? Doherty argues that meaningful reform requires confronting the structures that sustain this system, rather than merely addressing its visible operators. Lagos deserves a transparent, accountable, and properly regulated transport and revenue collection system; one that protects livelihoods, eliminates arbitrary levies, and allows businesses and commuters to thrive without unnecessary financial burdens. The people of Lagos deserve answers, accountability, and a government that puts their welfare above political interests. The conversation about a cleaner, safer, and more accountable Lagos must begin with confronting the structures that undermine its progress. O TI YÁ! A New Lagos Is Possible. The New Way Has Come.

I promised you guys a little throwback Gist. In 2015. Skales and Wizkid went back and forth on Twitter. This is a story to prove to @youngskales that @wizkidayo actually has nothing against him. Enjoy. 💝🇳🇬 #N6ThrowbackStories
“Wizkid didn’t like me. When he was insulting my mom and dad and saying I wore fake jewelry on Twitter, it was my ex-girlfriend using my phone to reply him. I’ve tried to make peace with him. He was supposed to be in my ‘Mukulu’ video, but he told me he had a flat tire.” —Skales

The beauty of the power sector is that no amount of propaganda, excuses or cooked-up statistics can hide the reality. The electricity either works or it doesn't. Nigerians don't need stories; they need light! Too much talk no be electricity! 🤣
You can't listen to this and claim that President Tinubu isn't doing anything in the power sector, unless you are being mischievous.
