For the first time in nearly five years, response times didn’t go up, they went down.
In 2024, we reduced response times across all priority levels:
📉 Priority 1 (urgent): ↓ 4.3%
📉 Priority 2 (non-urgent): ↓ 5.8%
📉 Priority 3 (low priority): ↓ 38.3%
Year one of our four year plan. This marks real progress and it’s only the beginning.
