Had an inspiring day at the @mu_aced @MaynoothDesign 'Think In' with adult learners. Design thinking is a great way to identify adult learners' needs. It also gives us a creative space to pool ideas for positive and real change with like-minded people! Thank you Communiversity!

I’m leaving academia. I start my new career in the civil service in Jan. I’ve made the decision because the competitive individualism underpinning academic culture is really quite horrid. A bit sad because I’m letting go of something major but it’s the right choice for me.
